Leadership MOT
- Where now & what next?
A realistic picture of how “promotion-ready” you are — what’s working, what’s weak, and what to fix.
£150
A brutally honest check-up for aspiring leaders.
I'll give you a realistic picture of how “promotion-ready” you are — what’s working, what’s weak, and what to fix.
We will look together at:
- What role you want
- Recent job application history (if any)
- Specific feedback they’ve had (e.g. “you’re not ready yet”)
- Most importantly, make a PLAN. So many educators never make a career plan - why not?
This is YOUR career so make the most of it.
You will leave the session with at the very least a simple message:
“If I were you, I’d fix these 3 things first.”

Interview Coaching
- 3 Sessions
Let's turn you from a promising candidate into someone the panel can’t ignore.
£350
Session 1: Statement Surgery
- Live review of a personal statement or leadership application
- Cut the fluff, sharpen the impact
- Make the statement sound like YOU — confident, strategic, and authentic. If you use ChatGPT to write your applications...well you might aswell throw in the towel now.
- “Why you, why now?” messaging
Session 2: Mock Interview (with feedback)
- Simulated SLT interview questions (can tailor to job description)
Focused coaching on:
- Language
- Framing impact (from activity to outcome)
- Voice, clarity, strength
Session 3: Task Coaching
- Prep a task from a real job pack
I'll provide critique, e.g.:
- "Your priorities list is too woolly”
- “Where’s your school-wide impact?"
“You sound like a manager, not a leader — here’s how to fix it.”
